Hi, my name is Valerie and I am the Business Administrator for the practice.
I enjoy all the changes and new advancements that dentistry has to offer and I love that Dr. Sutton continually attends courses so our patients can benefit from these advancements. 

I feel confident talking to patients about their care because I know that Dr. Sutton recommends treatment to his patients as he would his own family. I also enjoy my job because I get to share my time at work with such a talented team of professionals who are all committed to the same goal of ensuring that our patients have the best possible experience while receiving the best possible care. 

When not at work, I love spending time with my husband and our three daughters.

Jovita

Dental Assistant-Office Manager

Hi, I'm Jovita. I began my dental career assisting Dr. Sutton in 2008 after completing the Dental Assisting Program at the College of Central Florida. The honor to serve as office manager has given me a fresh and exciting perspective on the dental field. I'm always eager to enhance my dental knowledge through further education courses.

Being part of the Sutton Dentistry team is immensely fulfilling. Restoring someone's smile is incredibly rewarding, and having access to updated equipment enables us to deliver efficient and precise treatment to our patients.

Outside of work, I cherish every moment spent with my husband and our two sons.

Bridget

Patient Care Specialist

Hi, my name is Bridget.  I started my career as a dental assistant in the late 1980's.  I have had wonderful opportunities sharing my life with my 3 children and "Grands".  Life is an adventure and I have enjoyed other roles as a business owner for early childhood development and home inspection.  I have worked with Equine Therapeutic Riding Programs as a Volunteer Coordinator and Program Director and have also volunteered with Marion County Hospice.

The foundation for my life is the 4:8 Principle, that helps me focus on a positive attitude in all circumstances.  I am excited to call Dr. Sutton's office my work family and look forward to the experiences I will share here helping our patients feel confident and achieve healthy smiles!

Amie

Patient Care Specialist

Amie is a dedicated dental assistant and receptionist, known for her exceptional skills and commitment to patient care. Having graduated from the College of Central Florida's dental assisting program, Amie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role, ensuring that every patient receives the highest quality of care.

Outside of the office, Amie enjoys spending time with her beloved dogs, finding solace and joy in their playful companionship. This love for animals reflects her compassionate nature and caring demeanor, qualities that contribute to her success in the dental field.

With a passion for helping others and a strong work ethic, Amie continues to make a positive impact on both colleagues and patients alike.

Rabecca

Dental Assistant

Hi, my name is Rabecca. I'm a graduate of the College of Central Florida Dental Assisting program. Since then, I have been working for Dr. Sutton and expanding my knowledge of dentistry. 

Working for Dr. Sutton has given me the opportunity to learn many new things. I am so fortunate to work at an office that truly cares for each and every one of our patients and strives to give them the best dental care possible. 

When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time at the beach with family and friends, watching movies, shopping or being out on the water.

Becca

Dental Assistant

Becca is one of our skilled dental assistants who honed her expertise at the College of Central Florida's dental assisting program. With a passion for helping others achieve optimal oral health, Becca is dedicated to providing top-notch care and support to patients.

In her free time, Becca enjoys biking with her husband, fishing, and immersing herself in the beauty of the great outdoors. Her love for nature and adventure mirrors her commitment to excellence in her profession, as she continuously seeks new ways to enhance her skills and knowledge in the dental field.

Dental Assistant

Hi, I’m Ashley.

I graduated from the Greater Orlando Dental Assisting School in 2020. Soon after I started my dental career working with Dr. Sutton.
I believe Dr. Sutton is an awesome dentist who really cares about our patients. I love working here because we have the best team, everyone is positive, friendly and helpful.

I really enjoy teaching our patients about good oral hygiene and helping people feel good about their smile.

I am a mother of two girls. In my free time, you can catch me at the beach or somewhere on the water spending time with my children and family.

Abby

Registered Dental Hygienist

Hi, I'm Abby and I'm one of the Registered Dental Hygienists in our office. I started with Dr. Sutton in 2014 and have over 14 years of dental experience. I got my start in the dental field as a Certified Dental Assistant, after graduating from CFCC's dental assisting program. I always knew that dental hygiene would be my passion though. I went back to school and earned my Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene at Santa Fe College in 2009.

I believe that a healthy smile can earn you many things in life and I'm happy to help patients achieve or maintain that. I strive on being thorough with my patients oral health care as well as providing comfort to the anxious patient.

I was born and raised right here in Ocala. With my husband,  2 sons and daughter,  I enjoy traveling, cruising and frequent trips to Disney World!

Carin

Registered Dental Hygienist

Hi, my name is Carin, RDH, and I'm one of Dr. Sutton's experienced and caring dental hygienists. I received my AS in Dental Hygiene from Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida over a decade ago and continue to take courses every year in order to stay abreast of the current advances in dentistry.

I really enjoy the warm, friendly atmosphere in our office and sharing that atmosphere with our patients.  Dr. Sutton is a true professional and provides exceptional dentistry, so I feel confident when discussing treatment options with our patients.  Most rewarding is the quality time I can devote to getting to know our patients, informing them about the health of their teeth and gums, and helping them achieve optimum health. 

My husband, son, daughter and two cats make my family complete.

Denise

Registered Dental Hygienist

Denise brings happiness and enthusiasm to the practice.  If you hear laughter it could be any of us but there is a good chance it is Denise.  Denise works hard to make sure your visit will be enjoyable. 

Denise has a wide array of experience in dentistry.  She was an Educator in Jacksonville and had many years of working in Pediatrics.  Part of her time was focused on Special Needs Children and Adults.  A big reason Denise has chosen to work in our office is because, "Everyone is helpful and approachable!"

She has 3 children that go to school here in Ocala.  She is from a large family in Ft Walton Beach but fortunately her husband is from Ocala and ended up back here.  Her wish list hobby is more boating!

Heather

Registered Dental Hygienist

Hi, I'm Heather.  I graduated dental hygiene school 32 year ago from Santa Fe in Gainesville, FL.  I have been working in Jensen Beach, FL for the past 28 years and now I'm back home in Ocala.

I have loved dental hygiene for all my years.  Making people smile is my favorite thing about dentistry!

 Ocala has always been my home.  I moved back here to be closer to my family.  I have a twin sister and twin daughters.  My girls are sophomores in college and I love spending as much time with them as I can.
